OPTIMA SCHEME FOR ACCREDITATION AND INSPECTION
It gives the оpportunity for an assessment of the organizational performance in terms of customer service, teaching, facilities, administrative and academic management. The Scheme is developed on the basis of the inspection scheme of EAQUALS (The European Association for Quality Language Services). The aim of the OPTIMA inspection scheme is the objectivity and transparency in assessing the quality of language education. The organizations awarded with the QUALITY SIGN pass inspection every three years. the fee for each inspection shall be paid by the inspected organization and it is not deducted from the annual membership fee.
